Indigo Package •

For weddings where the bridal couple has chosen and booked the venue, and at least three other major suppliers [décor, photographer, wedding dress, DJ, videographer]. 

We simply step in where you left off with the arrangements.  We will still assist with perfecting your budget and creating a planning program, and seamlessly put together every aspect.

For small weddings (less the 50 guests) a 10 % discount is available on this package.

For very large weddings (more than 300 guests), the Indigo Package is R5200

Violet Package •

Where we assist you right from the word go.  We begin by discussing over coffee each aspect of what you dream of for your special day.  We then create a tailor made spending plan and planning schedule just for you.  And the planning begins!  Every detail is taken care of, as we make your dream into reality.

For small weddings (less the 50 guests) a 10 % discount is available on this package.

For very large weddings (more than 300 guests), the Violet Package is R7800

Executive Package •

If you are wanting to go all out for your most special day, this package is for you. Beginning with a bottle of wine or chilled champagne, we will walk you through the process of your wedding from A to Z.  Assuring quality over quantity, your coordinator will assist you with any extras - such as transport and accommodation arrangements for the guests, or planning the bachelor party and bridal shower. In addition to all the standard services (as above), and expert crafting of every little detail, we will attend meetings with you or on your behalf, and we will give the bride a complimentary luxury beauty treatment to top it all off.  This one is fit for a Princess.

There a R3000 administration fee, which doubles as your deposit and secures your coordinator for your chosen date, and then 10% of the wedding budget that we work with.

Final Moments Consultation •

This meeting is absolutely essential if you decide not to take the services of a coordinator, and whether you have just ‘said yes’, or the big day is next week, book it now!

You will sit with your coordinating specialist for approximately two hours, and go through every aspect of your wedding - making sure nothing has been missed, discussing ceremony possibilities, creating itineraries, getting fabulous advise, and having all your questions answered.  On top of that you will walk away with a tailor made budget in a format that you can use throughout your planning process, as well as a unique planning schedule, complete with dates, deadlines, and priorities.

On-The-Day Coordination is an optional extra, and a 30% discount is available to you on it.

Provided you use the suppliers belonging to the Alethea Group, there are absolutely no coordination fees for full wedding co-ordination as with the traditional packages, no matter the cost or number of guests.  On-the-day coordination is not included, but may be arranged at a reduced rate.
